Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or changed.
Shipping Times
Canada: 10–18 business days
United States: 15–25 business days
International: 18–30 business days
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Fees
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
Shop Galaxy is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs clearance, or high shipping volumes. No refunds or compensation will be provided for delays.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded. If returned, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, Shop Galaxy is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.
Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and reshipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
High-Risk Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order flagged as high risk or suspicious, and may request additional verification.
